Ingredients for Dressing
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup Parmesan, grated
Ingredients for Salad
- 1 bag of Romaine lettuce
- 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
- 3 plum tomatoes, chopped
Directions
Mix dressing ingredients together and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Mix all salad ingredients together, using as much dressing as desired.
