Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak (or your favorite cut of meat)
- Choose from your favorite vegetables:
- 1 medium white onion, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1-2 zucchini, sliced
- 5-10 sweet baby bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced or whole
- grape tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Directions
Slice steak into pieces. Slice vegetables.
Place steak and vegetables on skewers, with a steak to vegetable ratio 1:3.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on grill approximately 10 minutes, depending on desired center, turning the skewers to cook all sides.
Serve with your favorite side. I would recommend some type of potato.
